Mist Island

This is an island that seems to have nothing there at first glance. It isn't until you take the the underwater entrance to get to the misty cavern inside. On two opposite sides of the underground cavern, it is said that two of the most dangerous pokemon sleep, Groudon and Kyogre. Also, it is said that, at the far end of the cavern, Rayquaza watches, in order to make sure that Kyogre and Groudon meet face to face.
